Personal training programs are designed to enhance the skill levels of Quarterbacks (QB), Wide Receivers (WR), Running Backs (RB) and Tight Ends (TE).
Development includes, but is not limited to:
- QB– Stance, ball handling, pass and run game mechanics, steps, pocket awareness and improve development, agility, cutting, defensive front and secondary recognition/identification
- WR– Route running, releases,catching, agility, cutting, speed training, secondary coverage recognition
- RB– Agility, ball security, blocking, route running, catching, cutting, speed training, defensive front recognition
- TE– Blocking, route running, catching, agility, speed training, defensive front and secondary coverage recognition
